Cancellation policy

RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

For booking confirmation: Minimum 30% of the total booking amount | Credit Card, MB WAY or Bank Transfer | with proof sent – All expenses related to the bank transfer are borne by the customer

Cancellation: If you cancel the reservation in whole or in part up to 10 days before the arrival date, the hotel will refund the deposit payment.

Late Cancellation: The hotel will charge the deposit amount to the guest.

Cancellation up to 3 days before arrival, NO SHOW or Early Departure will be charged the amount of the stay.
